It is considered a tourist place in the wrong sense of the term and far from everything. But it is still a very beautiful architectural feat, so don't hesitate to go there anyway. The Plasticarium Museum next to here is nice.

The Atomium is a building in Brussels originally constructed for Expo 58, the 1958 Brussels World's Fair. Designed by the engineer André Waterkeyn and architects André and Jean Polak.
