You are in Milan, a melting pot of international and regional gastronomical flavours, but you just need a goddang burger... it happens. But please at least have a good one - at Baobab, local and regional ingredients are used to create burgers that are distinctly Italian - imagine burrata from Puglia and mozzarella put together with the best beef and maybe some sort of homemade pesto. Of course, if you insist, they do have the cheddar-tomato-beef burgers, so don't panic. You won't be disappointed.
