Its natural and unique port, structure built by stone. Walking along Makarska port you will see lot of different boats, yachts, because Makarska port is unavoidable for all yachtsmen.

Ferry port. It's very valuable if you want to see some of the most beautiful Croatian islands (Hvar, Brač..) for a cheap price (if you go without a car). Also, there are lot of private boats/ships with various arrangements for traveling with food&drinks included..

Take a walk all along the beautiful harbour of Makarska. You can relax at one of many bars or have a lunch or dinner in one of many restaurants. You can take some lovely photos there.

A nice place for a walk looking at the sail boats, the yachts, taxi boats . The ferry to Brac does also sail from here and here are lots of people promenading. Here are also boats with entertaining and restaurants aboard.

Makarska harbor is one of the most beautiful on the Adriatic coast because it is protected by the picturesque peninsulas of St. Peter and Osejava. Beautiful palm-fringed promenade with fashionable cafes, bars and boutiques overlook the pretty harbor where many pleasure craft are moored.
