Located at the foot of the Buda Castle, Édeni Vegán was the first vegetarian-vegan spot to open in Buda, a flag-bearer of health-conscious and animal-friendly gastronomy in 2006. They only use fresh ingredients from the finest sources and avoid adding colouring, preservatives or flavour enhancers, anything artificial whatsoever.
