Bring some fishing gear and your Alabama fishing license and enjoy catching your own dinner! fish cleaning stations all along the pier. They even have a concession stand there, which was great when we wanted to warm our hands with hot chocolate in the winter.

A neat place to sight see and watch people fish. It's always a fun story to tell when you see a shark or the beautiful dolphins swim by!

There is public parking and beach access may be quicker if you take the Foley Beach Express and pay the toll. There is a pier and a great beach at this location and the trip may be more pleasant during heavy traffic hours. Especially convenient earlier in the morning.
