It is a cozy cafe with a low ceiling and ornate passages in an old medieval building. Here you can endlessly SIP mulled wine in winter and cool rose wine in summer, and enjoy the views directly on the outdoor terrace on the town hall square.

The perfect little cozy cafe - delicious drinks, comfortable design and some board games to pass the time. Prices are a little above average, but completely worth the experience on a cold winter's day

Coziest coffee place in Tallinn. Can be quite busy and touristy because it's right by Town Hall Square, but it's worth at least a visit.
