Extraordinary views of the Columbia River Gorge. Parking can be very crowded, go early...or late. Weekdays easier. Keep everything concealed in your car. There can be break-ins at trailhead. Be careful of poison oak. The poison is in the oil on the leaves and stems. It can go on pets or clothes. If you touch the pets or clothes, you can still get it.

The Angel’s Rest hike is a short trek that leads to an incredible view of the Columbia River Gorge. This is our go to trail for out of town guests.

Hiking in the Columbia River Gorge is absolutely stunning. There are many awesome hikes and trails, but one of my favorites that offers spectacular views and a good hike but not super difficult is Angels Rest. It is not an easy hike either, but the reward is at the very top.
