Quaint, beautiful arts and crafts shop, and the very best café with very, very good cakes. Highly recommended!

I love this place! Where to begin? This place offers the perfect combo. You can hike around the lakes. There are two of them actually, though most people miss the upper one. If you are in for more of a sweat, hike Finnseterkollen - with the almost certain possibility to see eagles. The view is amazing. So is Uværshula, built-in-the-rocks hut open to shelter you on a stormy day. Locals come here during bad weather to soak the massive energy from the wind and the waves. Perfect in order to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights. Top it off and visit the gallery. Where Betty, our national tea sommelier, will serve tea to remember for ever. For your eyes Siv has created art that honors our surroundings. Mind limited opening hours.
