Lovely park in the middle of the city. Boiling mud, foot baths, play ground, sometimes train runs in the weekends. FREE

Kuirau Park has steaming vents, boiling mud pools, and hots pools you can soak your feet in. The cycle trail winds its way through the park and there is plenty of space to wander around, picnic etc. There is also a playground for the children.

Kuirau Park - Free Hot Water 'foot Soak' & Mud pools for viewing. Beautifully landscaped paths & grassy areas with shade trees for site seeing or sitting & enjoying. (10min walk or 3 min drive away.)

A nice free option to take a wander around the bubbling mud and steamy water pools of this park. A childrens playground here too. Finish with soaking your feet in the foot baths for free
