Perhaps the Chef that launched the Portland Foodie Scene. Sophisticated Dinner complete with great staff. Great Lunch value; try the buffet

David's is a tried and true Portland restaurant. They offer a lunch buffet for $12 that usually includes salad, pizza, soup, small bites, etc. Their dinner menu is delicious and reasonable.
