Some of the best pho in Portland. And I love the homemade kumquat softdrink: sweet, salty, sour, satisfying.

Family owned Vietnamese restaurant with phenomenal, herbaceous pho, just a 10 minute walk away. Chicken wing appetizer is finger licking good.

Cambodian-Vietnamese restaurant--everything is good including Vietnamese noodle staples like pho or bun bo hue--though the Cambodian soups are worth the price of admission as it is.
