Chef Mat Lindsay is one of the most original, forward-thinking, and skilled chefs in the city, and his menu is based entirely around the restaurant’s wood-fired oven. That could mean anything from half a roast duck to wood-smoked oysters to dulce de leche ice cream covered in smoked licorice powder. Sit at the brickwork bar, where the seats are a little more comfy and everything’s just that little more casual.
