Ponderosa State Park is a must see! Beautiful all year round, it’s great for snow shoeing in the winter or hiking and water sports in the summer. Bring a picnic and find a spot to cozy up and enjoy the beautiful scenery!

Lots of trails with access to Payette lake. You can drive around, bike and hike. There is a visitor center close to the park entrance. Entrance fee is $7/vehicle or free if you have the Idaho Park pass.

This is a great spot to do a quick hike or mountain bike ride they have trails for both, they have a great lookout at osprey point and trails that pass right along the lakeshore. great for families or a quick solo ride or hike.
