This is a must see Lodge in the park. The lake is beautiful and has boat tours in the summer. The lodge is great to walk through and usually has someone playing the piano. Sit in the rocking chairs on the stone deck and enjoy the lake and mountains. If you are there at lunch time, the restaurant is fabulous (closed this season for covid).

Beautiful old lodge. Boats tours are fun and worth the cost! Food is mediocre, but the atmosphere can't be beat.

This is a must see when visiting Glacier National Park. Enjoy looking at the historical structures that helped to build the park.

The Lake McDonald Lodge is one of the classic lodges of the National Park system and a great place to stop on your way back from a hike for a beer by the lake, a romantic dinner, or a huckleberry pie!
