Come here for the best deli sandwiches in city! You order at the counter - take a look at menu online before going. You can check for the daily sandwich special - anything with pork is great! Has one of the best muffalettas in the city! I usually call ahead my order and walk over. The lines can be long especially at lunch time.

Delicious New Orleans deli. Basically a Jewish NYC style deli, but with a lot of New Orleans ingredients and recipes.

Started with a focus on gourmet meats, cheeses and pantry specialties, their sandwiches are the bomb and became an instant hit. Daily specials + standbys like pastrami & corned beef. Don't miss the Rachel. Breakfast includes egg sandwiches, bagels and smoked fish. Best selection of rare craft beer in town + wine and gourmet sodas. Plus a pop-up coffee shop in the corner! Don't let Dan's attitude and reputation put you off ("Tourists please make way for our good customers"), he has a heart of gold! Grab some snacks and beer or wine for the front porch.
