It is one of the restaurants that best represents Canarian cuisine on the island, always faithful, for 18 years, to the use of products of local origin. Famous for its carajacas, gofio escaldado, aubergines with palm honey, baked kid, tasty goat meat, and its wood-grilled meats, without forgetting its desserts such as gofio foam and fried milk .
