If you're an avid Stand Up Paddleboarder or if it's your first time, Rudee Inlet Stand Up Paddle is a great place to go. Randy is the owner and is a great instructor and is VB born and raised. He makes what could be a anxious experience, fun and entertaining. He'll even show you the wild life as you paddle along.

Surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other, as well as countless inlets and waterways, Virginia Beach was made for rejuvenating in the outdoors. Rudee Inlet SUP offers dolphin tours, surfing, and sunset SUP yoga. This inlet is great for beginners too!
