A must do if you are here on a Wednesday. Carlsbad's State Street Farmers' Market is a fresh-air grocery store focusing on fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, cheese, eggs, nuts, and honey. And yes, even fresh flowers and plants. There are plenty of artisan food vendors to round out your shopping experience, including bread, granola, yogurt, bone broth, kombucha, fudge, cookies, etc. It's a great time to be in the Village, buzzing with people, entertainment, sales and great food.

The Farmer's market is held on Wednesday 3-7 p.m. in the village. Park and walk down to the beach for an impromptu picnic.
