Not many people now this place, it remind us the important link between venice and the east. Venice was infact part of the silk road and here you can find a evidence of the glorious trade of spices and silk and precious goods. You can see Palazzo Mastella with a statue of a camel and in campo dei mori the 3 statues of the oriental merchants
