“All the wines are made with grapes grown in our Mahurangi River Vineyard in the Matakana Wine Region just north of Auckland. As a small family run operation, our wines celebrate the variations from one vintage to another, which makes each wine unique. In this way we avoid the manufactured uniformity which characterises much of the wine available today.”

“This space is an amazing resource, a land care space that brings together Maori and white settler narratives within bush walks (forest walks). The reserve is large with lots of picnic tables and benches. The beach area is good and there are plenty of opportunities to kayak and SUP. Even on a Sunday when there are lots of groups and families it does not feel crowded and you can find your own bit of peace and quiet. Good loo and shower facilities and lots of walking tracks for all levels. ”
