We've got a soft spot for this place because we ate here for an anniversary and had a really great time. It verges on molecular gastronomy, and is a degustation approach to eating. We dined with the wine float as well, and ended up very drunk afterwards! Not cheap, but worth it for a treat.

Incredible modern Australian restaurant with a degustation-only menu. Definitely a treat but good value all the same. Book as far ahead as you can.

Amazing fine dining at its best, using interesting and local produce, taking food to the next step. Tiny restaurant, must book and worth doing the degustation.
