The lake and recreation area offers opportunities for hiking, biking, running, camping, picnicking, horseback riding, water-skiing and boating. Fishing offers trout, catfish, big and small mouth bass or perch.

Great place for hiking, riding or biking is along the Folsom Lake Trails. The lake is very low this year so water use is not possible right now, but lots of trails available. There is some restrictions for bikes in certain areas, primarily the WST portions of the trail.

Folsom Lake / Dam is picturesque featuring walking/biking trails, equipment rental, beaches on multiple sides. if you love beautiful scenery and fresh air you cannot go wrong.

Docking area for Folsom Lake, very nice trails here to hike along the Lake.
