Scenic, peaceful lake with a loop trail along the water and other well maintained trails. Great for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming!

A short 3 mile drive. Great 2+ mile loop around the lake. Small beach for swimming too.

Lake Padden is a lake located in Bellingham named for a homesteader in the area, Michael Padden. The park is popular during the spring and summer, and features numerous picnic areas as well as playgrounds.

2.6 mi trail loop for a morning run. Nearby trails link to the famed Galbraith mountain trail system, best known as an all mountain biking destination. Hit up the guys at Transition Bikes for recommendations and bike rental information.
