Best place in the city centre for Schiacciata, typical florentine flat bread. You can fill the schiacciata with different types of prosciutto, vegetables, cheeses and souces. Perfect for a quick lunch and also for a nice aperitivo con tagliare ( a wooden plate with cheeses and marmelades, ham, vegetables and so on and a glass of chianti wine). My favorite schiacciata is with: prosciutto crudo, eggplants, sun-dried tomatoes and ricotta cheese
