This is one of my favorite restaurants. It's a little pricey but the food is amazing and everything is served in 'flights'. You've probably heard of a flight of wine, but how about a wild game flight? Venison, Bison and Elk. Or a seafood flight: Shrimp, scallops and lobster. Or maybe for dessert a chocolate flight: Chocolate mousse, chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream. Everything comes in threes.
