“Karas Village Restaurant” is run by three brothers (Aristos, Kostas and Chris) and is located in Kapparis area just 200 metres from the beach. The name Karas is synonymous with quality fresh fish, and it’s regarded as one of the best fish restaurants in Cyprus. Their speciality is ‘Fish Meze’, which is a seasonal selection of seafood dishes cooked to perfection. Alternatively, there is a variety of fresh fish selections like Kourkounes, Grouper, Red Mullet, Kalamari, Prawns, Mussels, Oysters and of course our special oven baked Sea Bass in salt crust. There is also a full menu of traditional Cypriot and International dishes, including our slowly-cooked Kleftico that just falls off the bone, Moussaka, and our meat based meze of about fourteen dishes.
