Bus 30 both to Nydalen and to Bygdøy (museums and beach) Tram 11, 12, 13 - to Grefsen - or back to city centre (Oslo S)

Tram stop towards city center. You can take every line, but be sure to take it the correct way (towards Majorstuen, Stortorvet or Bekkestua). The Tram will also take you further down on Grünerløkka. This is not far though, so you might as well walk.
