Most convenient beach as it’s walking/biking distance! You can cut through Meadow St to Tidal Rd and it comes out right off of Succotash Rd by Matunuck Oyster Bar. Be sure to get there early if you drive - it tends to fill up quicker than the other state beaches.

One of Rhode Island's many beautiful state beaches. East Matunuck is my family's go-to beach when Narragansett is unavailable during the summer months.

The place to walk on over to and get your fill of sand and surf. Check out the Pavilion for a Dell's Lemonade or clam cakes and chowder or even a lobster roll.
