For farms within Burlington's city limits, head to the Intervale. Cross-country skiing trails are groomed in the winter, and walking/biking is encouraged the rest of the year. Wintervale and Summervale events bring food businesses and live music for a community gathering.

Cruise down on your bike or go for a walk along the river and check out the farms that feed Burlington. Join them every Thursday in the summer for a fantastic food festival & celebration. And in the winter, enjoy XC skiing at its finest.

One of my favorite places to go on a walk. Beautiful trails along the Winooski river and access to Salmon Hole!
