A really relaxed big area super close to the town center but you'll feel like staying in the countryside. A small peaceful lake, a medieval fountain which is called the fountain of the pixies and two immense grass lawns where you can lie down enjoying the sun. From the park you can also reach the top of the hill and go to visit the ancient fortress of Poggio Imperiale or walking on the walls of the ancient town where you'll find also a small archeological site with awesome panorama on Chianti hills. You can use the bikes to reach the park or go walking as you prefer. :)

Antica fonte medievale molto suggestiva, nascosta nel parco del Vallone, anticamente faceva parte di una città medievale chiamata Poggio Bonizio

La fonte delle fate, è una fonte pubblica, la cui costruzione risale al XIII secolo. Interessante da visitare. Si trova a 1,4 km dall'appartamento.
