Cute Fairhaven was historical old Bellingham - has restaurants and pubs and shopping. Stop by the Village Bookstore, three levels of books and gift shop, a dock to walk.

Go North on Chuckanut Drive for about 10 minutes you will find yourself entering Fairhaven. This is a great area to walk around, with lots of restaurants and local businesses to check out. One of the draws to Fairhaven is its historic elements. As you walk around, take a look at the brass plates in the sidewalks that tell bits and pieces of the history of Bellingham.

Oldest area in BHAM. Lots of cute stores, shops and trinkets. Best bookstore is Village Books in Fairhaven. Make sure to stop in!
