A truly stunning section of this icon footpath to enjoy. Join at any number of places around the headland from Plymouth to Dartmouth. Plan your routes with the OS tourist map in the cupboard. The many 'mini headlands' of the South Hams make it easy to park and walk small circular sections. Please…

The Bude section of the SW Coast Path is less hilly than most of it, but the views are still stunning. There are several routes you can walk directly from Little Stringers, long or short walks, the choice is yours.

Access the coastal path anywhere in this area and you will find it well maintained and sign posted. The views are glorious. The south coast softer and more wooded than the north, which is dramatic and marked by old mines. Walks of all lengths possible.

There are numerous walks along the coast path in and around St Ives. For a long walk take the SWCP to Zennor, don't forget to see the mermaid in the church and a good pub for refreshments. Or take the little St Ives branch line train to Carbis Bay for wonderful views, and then walk back to St Ives.

Over 600 miles of glorious coastal paths running from Minehead to Poole. The nearby Roseland Peninsula has a circular route taking in part of this route
