This James Beard winner has an excellent selection of wines and is the perfect place for dinner after spending a day in Hudson. Per the name of the business they have everything you would want in a menu, fish, game, and vegetarian. I would recommend a reservation as this place tends to get crowded…

“They only serve the burger at brunch but it’s one of the best I’ve had. Their dinner is really refined and never disappoints. Their coffee bar serves La Colombe. Perfect if you’re taking the train back, as it’s near the Amtrak station. Go for a nice meal. ”
