This family-run gas station/convenience store/deli counter is the best place around for wonderful homemade meals, pizza, chicken, desserts and local hamburger & chicken meat. If you're in a hurry, you can enjoy delicious shepherd's pie and a nice freshly baked good that tastes just like what grandma makes!! They also have a great variety of grocery items and meat department to enjoy the quality of locally raised livestock. Across the street, in the warm weather, are picnic tables to sit down and enjoy a meal at while looking at the beautiful mountain view of local Black Mountain and the magestic Mt. Moosilauke, a beautiful, snow-capped mountain in the winter.
