Santa Justa Lift, also called Carmo Lift, is a elevator/lift in civil parish of Santa Justa. It connects the lower streets of the Baixa with the higher Largo do Carmo.

The Santa Justa Elevator,is a structure in neo-Gothic style, was built at the turn of the nineteenth century. It constitutes one of the most interesting monuments of downtown Lisbon.

Design by Eiffel, takes passengers between the downtown and uptown shopping districts. Its adjacent to the Carmo convent destroyed in the earthquake of 1755. Great lookout. (Short walk from flat)
