I am Dutch and this is a little piece of Holland right in our neighborhood. We have a word in dutch that refers to a place as cozy (Gezellig) and that is exactly what this place is. Full of Dutch chachkas just like you will find in a typical dutch household. And they feature a few typical Dutch treats off the bar menu.
