Its located at Vieques island, similar as Culebra, the transportation for going to this beach is by Ferry.

This is the A+ typical tropical island beach. This long, flat, soft sandy beach close to Esperanza is punctuated with plenty of gorgeous palm trees and there are frequently vendors offering fresh coconuts (with or without rum) ;-)

Large public beach near Esperanza. Very wide bay with great views. Also a favorite of local Vieques residents. NOTE: There is a small cash fee to get into the park (where you'll also find roads leading to Playa Navio and Playa Media Luna)... I think it's like $5 per car.

- Grocery or Supermarket“Morales has most anything you want but you can also shop at the small convenience stores (Colmados). Twice a week there is a truck with fresh vegetables across from GE factory. Colmado Rex in Isabelle 11 is a well-stocked convenience store with good prices. ”
