15 mins from house. Walk to Paia Bay Beach park from Paia Town. One of the only beaches on the north shore that you can walk to from town! Beautiful stretch of beach to relax or go for a walk. Also great boogie boarding beach when the waves are too big at Hookipa Beach. Can be good swimming when there are no waves as well.
