ooh, when I am missing La Diosa and Roatan, which is often, I think of Snappers, an unassuming looking store in the MegaPlaza in French Harbor. They have fresh caught grouper! Strawberry, black, and several other kinds, plus fresh shrimp, hogfish (spectacular fish, and it needs a different name). And the fish is CHEAP! Stock up and become healthy. Grill it on our outdoor barbecue, life is good.
