THE SOUTH RIM OF THE GRAND CANYON is only about 60 miles N of the cottage most months if you bring a NOT-SO-LOW TO THE GROUND vehicle including many SUVs. Ask us about options for routes to the canyon! Some amazing landscape to see if you take the road less traveled! In winter, you'll need to take the paved roads in any vehicle but please carry chains with 2wd vehicles in winter. 4wd recommended on all roads in winter conditions.
