Peschiera is one of the most important fortified city in Italy. All the old town infact, is encircled by a massive defensive system. From 2017, its fortress is part of the Unesco World Heritage Site. Whwn you're here you have to see the Fortress, The Forte Ardietti, Madonna del Frassino Sanctuary and the ancient Roman Ruins.
