Characterful pub tucked away in the North Laine area - both young and old hang out there and don't forget to investigate the tobacco tins on the wall! Lovely food as well and the specials are usually written up above the main bar.

Many a famous band/idea has been formed here! Check out the little tins on the walls for messages or wisdom or just the plain silly - and then add your own.

quaint old pub with tonnes of character, take a peek in the tins stuck to the walls and leave a secret note for a stranger. The food is amazing too!

This is one of our favourite pubs in Brighton. Well run, great selection of ales and lagers plus a decent spirit selection. Really good pub food. Great atmosphere.
