This small, but elegant museum housed in a former private mansion, features prominent works by German and Austrian artists. See the famous Woman in Gold by Klimt, along with works by Schiele, Otto Dix and others. There are 2 cafes serving authentic Austrian dishes. Free admission on the first Friday of every month from 6-8 PM.

Wonderful museum located in a grand old fifth avenue mansion specializing in Austrian art. Also has a good restaurant- cafe zabarskie. good for afternoon cake and coffee

Such a fantastic collection and revolving exhibits of German and Austrian art, inside a mansion right across from Central Park! A must-see.
