일왕의 옛 거주지 12월까지 단풍이 가득한 곳 예약을 하는 것이 좋음 12월까지 단풍이 드리우는 예약필수 유적 쿄토에서 도쿄로 수도가 옮겨지기 전까지는 쿄토고쇼가 일왕이 거주했던 곳. 입궐하기 전에 기다리던 장소인 오쿠루마요세부터 일왕 즉위식이 열리던 시신덴 紫宸殿, 그리고 일왕이 거주했던 세이료덴 清涼殿까지 다양한 건물로 구성되어 있다. 무료이나 봄과 가을에만 개방을 하고, 예약하지 않으면 들어가기 힘들정도로 쿄토 방문객이라면 누구나 한번쯤을 둘러보는 곳이다. 방문 예정이라면 예약 필수. tip

The palace was a historical setting where successive emperors lived until the Meiji period. It has been open to the public since 2016. Reservations are required for the Kyoto State Guest House. Kyoto Gyoen National Garden is open to the public as a large park and is one of the oasis spots for citizens.
