One of the few local pubs and restaurants open on Monday and serving a variety of tasty dishes, it is just over 4 miles from The Hayloft. Reservations are essential on 01228 792489.

This is my favourite local place. They can cater for your whole party usually and it is 5 minutes away. You can also drive to a nearby spot and walk along the river for 30 minutes on an enchanting private woodland path that pops out at cafe...ask me for details.

The Hidden River cafe is a real gem. The food, service and location are really very special. British, vegetarian and vegan friendly.
