The Palace Takeaways is a must try. Right on the water front at the Avatiu Harbour is a favourite local eatery. Recommending the Palace Burger (shown in the photo) and be shared between two if you're not a big eater. Or the ever popular "wet" burger of your choice is another popular option. This location is about 3 minutes drive from your accommodation. On Wednesdays, they have their popular $3.50 burger specials from 10am to 8pm, or keep an eye out on their boards specials each day.

Raro’s number 1 burger joint. Palace takeaway is the place to be for your fast food burger cravings just down the road. The all time famous “Wet Cheese” is a must try while in Raro.
