The hotel provides the best access to the miles of sandy beaches, cafes and bars that are local to your accommodation. Walk to the entrance and past the doormen, through the lobby, pools, grounds and restaurants and you will find that you are straight on to the wide sandy beach. There is also a vulture show, a small shop and a restaurant that is open to non-guests.

Senegambia Hotel Pop along to Senegambia Hotel for 11am and watch the staff feed the vultures in the extensive gardens. It is quite a sight as the vultures swoop down with their massive wing span, and take a bath under the hose after they have eaten their fill. Walk through the gardens in the hotel, and it will not take long before you spot a family of monkeys out for a stroll, or you might even spot the resident monitor lizrd. Finish off with a cool beer or refreshing cocktail from one of the hotel’s bars. This trip can be arranged with local taxis to drop off and collect you. Guide not needed.
