Others: One easily picks up that good cheeses were used in baking the mac & cheese (11gbp), however, the flavour of truffle is a bit wanting. Likewise, the egg noodles (tossed in truffle butter and fine gratings of the black truffle) had good texture, but the dish (14gbp) was dry and lacked flavour.
