World-over from within India, all the big-wigs who have visited Ranchi have been to or tasted Bhola's foreign delicacy (not to me!) named Litti Chokha atleast once. It is not the healthiest of food but it is definitely one of the tastiest you will ever try. It just cannot be explained, give into it and you will know what I am talking about.
