Callahan’s Coffee and Cones is a neighborhood cafe known for its homemade ice cream. This ice cream shop is easily one of the best restaurants in Discovery Bay for breakfast and snacks because of its light fare and basic coffee choices. But what really makes it a village favorite is its decadent ice cream cones that are perfect for cooling down.
